- Reset the table for food,Move artwork to a separate drying area, clear every craft material, and clean the table before serving. Wash hands and set a clean plate, dessert fork, drinking glass and napkin for each guest. Place the cake on its food-safe bakery board or a clean serving tray that supports it.
- Serve a slice and a toast,The host cuts and lifts cake portions with a clean kitchen knife and cake server. Pour 250 ml drinking water per guest. Invite everyone to raise their glass for a birthday toast, with sitting, quiet participation and dietary alternatives welcome.
- Share a wish before the goodbye,Offer a short round of kind wishes or favorite moments from the afternoon. Guests can pass. Let paintings continue drying separately and follow the cake’s storage directions; keep food utensils apart from the craft cleanup.
